• Select All in OTRS: This adds a "Select All" link for performing bulk actions on an OTRS script. I highly recommended you disable the Bulk Change javascript alert in your OTRS (i.e. add

  $Self->{'Ticket::Frontend::BulkFeatureJavaScriptAlert'} = 0;

  to your otrs/Kernel/Config.pm
